Three Kings & Two Queens of Ephraim

This is a large home with approximately 2500 square feet, and has large social spaces inside and out.

The main level has a very large living room room with two new sectional sofas configured in a way to maximize both seating and open space. Adjoining the living room is a comfy family room with a wet bar and patio door access to the expansive deck.

There is also an eat-in kitchen and formal dining room that combined seats 10. The kitchen also has patio door access to the large deck (which faces woods and occasionally wildlife wanders by.

This 5 bedroom home has 3 full baths (1 main level & 2 on the upper level). A half bath is located on the main level.

There is a large front yard with lots of lawn, and a few very large nature hardwood trees with big canopies of foliage to provide shade when you want it most.

The driveway and parking pad provide enough room for several cars and/boats.

We are open year round, and we are local owners so we try to stay on top of the property condition, and investing and maintaining it. We acquired this home in 2020 and have invested into a lot of improvements for safety, curb appeal, and comfort to help your Door Vacation be memorable for enjoyable reasons

Family fun

This home had everything needed to enjoy time with family- large living room , spacious bedrooms, deck, and fire pit located in secluded cul du sac but not far from main road! Owners very helpful but left you to enjoy your stay

Big family friendly!

Met by host and given a tour, which was a nice touch. Very clean, well-stocked with linens and kitchen things. Beds were awesome and so comfortable. Unique layout of house allowed kids to have their own space to play. Lots of wood to have fires was provided. Close to town, but not a lot of traffic sound, even tho it’s right off a main road. We would stay again in a heart beat!

Three Kings & Two Queens of Ephraim Review

We vacation in Door County yearly and have relatives in Sister Bay. We enjoy everything it offers an continue to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and people. This stay at Three Kings and Two Queens was as advertised and more. It was well maintained inside and outside. Spacious bedrooms and lining quarters well stocked with everything you would need. Ample parking, large deck with tables and chairs and grill (well taken care of). Very nice fire pit with many chairs and ample fire wood. Grounds were well cared for. Brought our dog and he also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. We were greeted by Alan and Lorraine and we toured upon arrival. Very kind and friendly and respected our privacy. They were available at all times. We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was close to everything we had planned. I would highly recommend this property to my family and to anybody planning a stay in the area looking for comfort, spacious rooms and bedrooms, and four bathrooms, all well maintained with full kitchen and dining room and laundry. I Loved it as well as my family.

Great Fall Getaway

We rented this house to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. The house did not disappoint. Checkin was smooth with a personal touch as Alan greets all guests. It’s hard to find a house with 5 bedrooms and no bunk beds for our group of 8 adults and this property was perfect with 3 king beds and 2 queen beds. The living room also had enough seating for all of us to watch a movie together. The dining room is a great space to eat meals together or play games. The kitchen had plenty of space but could use a few more cookie sheets. It rained during our stay and we didn’t feel crowded in the house. We did think the house could be improved with at least one more tv. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.

Wonderful Door County Vacation

We planned a summer vacation to enjoy the weather and atmosphere up in Door County.. This home choice was an integral part of that decision and it didn't disappoint. The house is spotless, and has a fabulous outdoor deck that is wooded in the back provided privacy and occasional sightings of squirrel, chipmunks, rabbits and more. The owners provided tips on local places to eat and were very attentive. We will definitely return!

Nice family vacation

Great property, very roomy

My first criteria is cleanliness- this property is spotless. Very well maintained. Next is comfort- I was very at home in the property. And finally easy of rental- the owner was terrific. He met us on Christmas Day to let us in to the house. Was very attentive during the week. Since we stayed during Christmas he had a tree, various holiday decor and plenty of firewood. There is ample room for multiple families to have their space and their own bathroom. I highly recommend is property.

Great Location

We were looking for a place to stay for a long fall weekend in Door County and lucked into this property. The house is in a great spot with short drives to Sister Bay and Fish Creek. The house is on a big lot and is wooded in the back for privacy. There was plenty of space with great Wi-Fi service, a deck with a gas grill, and a fire pit. The owners are available for any questions and are attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional property

We were more than pleased with out accommodations. We had a group of 8 (& 1 baby) and had room to spare. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was fabulous with easy access to the neighboring towns. Our hose was great to work with. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Beautiful place to stay in Door Co

We stayed here for the Door Co sprint triathlon. There was an ample amount of rooms and bathrooms. There was enough yard for the dog and nightly fires. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive to our requests for more firewood. Thank you for the beautiful stay.

Family Time at Ephraim

This is a great getaway for a large family. The 5 bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of room. The living room has two large couches and plenty of open space. The kitchen was perfect for creating large family meals and we easily sat 8 around the dining room table. There was plenty of cooking pots/pans, silverware, and plates. There is pantry space to put groceries and supplies so the kitchen wasn't crowded. The lot is wooded and feels secluded yet it is a short drive to the store, restaurants, and hiking trails. This is a perfect place for a large family.

Great Location & Large House

Our family got together for a long weekend & this house allowed us to all have our own room/beds! The location was also amazing. We enjoyed the indoor entertaining area, the back deck & fire pit. We even saw some deer! Only downside was the check-in process as we didn’t know how we were going to get in until a few hours before check-in. Overall a great place to stay.

Family Vacation
