Our charming studio, meticulously renovated by us, is ideal if you're seeking a holiday rental for two in Épernay. Located on the ground floor, it enjoys a perfect location, being only a 7 minute walk from the city center and the famous Avenue de Champagne in Épernay!
The modern and warm decoration was designed to create a cozy nest where you'll feel at home. You'll find a lovely unique room equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay in our beautiful city. Simply park your car, set down the keys, and enjoy Épernay and its surroundings: everything can be done on foot or by bike from our Studio 86.
Comfort: Our studio offers beautiful amenities: new and quality bedding, fully equipped kitchen, fiber internet connection, bed linen, and towels provided... everything has been thought out to bring you comfort!
Independent or personalized arrival: Thanks to the digicode at the entrance of the apartment, you can arrive and enjoy our studio in a totally autonomous and independent way. But of course, if you wish, we can also welcome you and give you our tips and good "made in Épernay" addresses to make the most of our region. The choice is yours!
