Un bon séjour au calme

Ma femme, mes 2 enfants (2 et 4 ans) et moi avons passé un très bon séjour à Epargnes. Annie nous a fait un accueil chaleureux et nous avait proposé tout un panel d'activités/restos en amont de notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse, au calme dans un hameau dont les voisins sont également charmants.

Landleben und Meer

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in einem charmanten Bauernhaus sehr genossen. Der Komfort war modernen Ansprüchen angepasst. Die ruhige Lage erholsam. Das Meer mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation hat auch mit wenig Französischkenntnissen super geklappt. Der große Garten hat auch unseren Hunden gut gefallen. Auf der Terrasse haben wir gerne gesessen und gegrillt. Vielen Dank Annie für Deine Unterstützung 🙂

la qualité de cette location n'est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé : habitation vétuste,humide, mal entretenue et ustensiles de cuisine dont la propreté est déplorable. prestation télévision inexistante pendant tout notre séjour. Nous ne reviendrons pas

Environnement très agréable(campagne)

Nous avons passè un agreable sejour dans un lieu sympa. Nous avons trouvé le grand terrain arboré tres agreable,ainsi que la maison ,dommage que celle ci manquait d entretien.(odeur d humidité,pas tres propre (dessus de placard poussiereux,derriere les lits avec mouchoirs,tickets caisse 2018)surtout en période de covid) Le canapé depliant comportant 2 couchages ,etait deplorable et inutilisable. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle avec ses 2 salles de bain et wc.Couchage confortable Photo de l annonce non représentative et lieu de la maison compliquer a trouver. Un petit plus, aurait été d allumé le frigo (et congel).

Cette location pourrait ètre agréable ,malheureusement l'état des lieux est déplorable,nous avons rendu la location beaucoup plus propre à notre départ qu'à l'arrivée,et ne parlons pas du matériel de cuisine, électrique défectueux Maison avec un bon potentiel , mais beaucoup de travail à faire
