Property was fantastic; easy comfortable and very very quaint. Only problem was it is in the middle of the old town w pedestrian streets only and to get there was difficult. We were worried we d be stuck with driving violations but pls have no fears or concerns.. I received not one but 4 messages about directions and accessibility plus parking. And, having given them our car info, we have been reassured that we ll have no tickets coming our way

Old city charm

Very pretty, reconditioned hotel in the old section of the city. A little hard to find, but once we identified the hotel, we were able to unload our luggage and easily park the car. Very welcoming, friendly staff at the front desk. Good breakfast. Excellent shower and bathroom.

The staff were always there to help and always pleasant. The location is great, near the cathedral and the central square in the middle of town. Everything is within walking distance. The pincho restaurants and bars are plentiful and fun, and offer excellent choices. This is the perfect place to stay to enjoy Logrono.

Excellent place to stay in Logroño. Luxurious beds in a large room. Exceptional bathroom in large rooms. Fridge in room. Helpful English speaking reception. Great location for food and shopping. Parking is available but is expensive. There are some public car parks nearby but because of the road closures nearby, it takes some time to get in and out of the Calle. There is not any coffee or tea facility in the room. A pod machine would be nice. This is my second stay here and I hope to come back again.

Fantastic stay! Great third floor large room, comfy beds, sitting area, and lovely bathroom. A little noisy in the morning with the cleaning team getting their supplies for the day. Breakfast is delightful. Many options and even mimosas with Cava, highly recommend. Right in the old town and walkable to everything.

Wish we had more time! This place is clean, modern, beautiful, and in a great location. Breakfast was included and had so many options. Pool area looked inviting but we had no time and temperatures were falling. A bit of trouble locating the front desk and staff didn’t seem to notice. Not a typical check in desk. I thought it was a desk for guests to work on. Other than that and an issue locating the front door (it’s on a side street where you cannot drive a car), parking was very close in an underground parking garage, room was perfect, facility was a 10/10, and breakfast and patio area were 10/10.

The booking was for a superior room with a double bed and a single bed. The single bed was revealed to be a sofa bed and then we had to listen to every excuse under the sun including how its normal to list a single bed as a sofa bed. Sofa beds are always listed in my experience and for good reason. Many albergues have better beds and a more comfortable sleep. When you're hiking everyday and book a pleasant hotel to catch up on rest to receive such dishonestly is really surprisingly.

We loved our two night stay here. Unbeatable location, super comfortable beds and spacious and stylish room and bathroom (great shower!). The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They have a small but very functional and clean gym upstairs. The tips we got from the ladies at reception were wonderful.
