Terrace + land. Ski Le Granier 1km, Le Désert d'Entremont 6km, St-Pierre de Chartreuse/Planolet 17km. Lake and swimming pool 19km. Total floor area: 54m² including attic areas. Charming chalet "attic" at 1 km from the slopes. South hillside. Typical residential hamlet in the heart of the Parc Naturel régional de Chartreuse. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Ultra cozy. Lots of charm. Pleasant preserved natural setting. Large terrace & field. Superb panorama.
