2 gites in a house adjoining that of the owners and including another accommodation. On 2 levels (independent access). Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, large entrance hall. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 standard double bed), 2 adjoining bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 / 1 single bed 90 x 190), a bathroom (bidet and WC). Carport and common ground. Special rate for curists. Housed in a farm dating from 1879, this cottage has a very comfortable surface for 5 people as well as a private and shaded terrace without vis-à-vis. The situation of the village allows a discovery in stars of the region, in all seasons, between the lakes of Bourget or Annecy as well as the Regional Natural Park of Bauges. Shops open all year round are located in Albens, 3 km away. Guests taking the waters can benefit from a special rate. In the heart of the countryside, this beautifully restored country house, opens the doors of 2 gites with a common and raised ground. Located a few kilometers from the thermal baths of Aix les Bains and Lake Bourget, La Croué is an ideal place for a rural break away from the city.

Sehr schöne, urige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles wie auf den Bildern auch der Pool. Es ist ein Gas-Grill zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorhanden was uns sehr gefallen hat. Nette Vermieter, die auch mit unseren nicht vorhandenen Französischkenntnissen kein Problem hatte.
