The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining. Easy walk to multiple eating places. The renovated rooms are very nice. Loved the shower and the fire table outside.

Check in was a confusing mess. Nick kept trying to tell me I reserved room with two queen beds. I showed him my confirmation of a king bed. He finally admitted that the reservation probably got changed due to over booking. I told him that wasn't acceptable. He then spoke to his "manager" and mysteriously a king room became available. I travel a lot and probably will avoid staying with Best Western in the future.

This hotel has been run in a few reiterations over the years, and one can tell that the hotel is not brand new. That said, BW had done some nice upgrades to bring the standard to what one expects from a hotel in the BW chain. The room was comfortable and spacious, with upgrades in USB portals and outlets. It was nice and clean with comfortable beds and the breakfast was very nice both the items and the staff. A very pleasant stay.

Hotel could use some upkeep in terms of building maintenance and facility cleanliness. Proximity to Enterprise and Joseph is a plus. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting the area.
