This modern home with stunning views of Lake Victoria has been furnished to truly make you feel at home.
It's located in a quiet residential area but has good access to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and malls, banks, hospitals etc. It's also a 30 minute drive to the CBD (outside rush hour) and 20 minutes to the airport. Whether travelling for business or enjoying a getaway with family or friends this home offers everything and a serene haven where you can all unwind.
The living space is stylishly furnished with great lighting, large 5-seater sofa and 2 accent chairs, a solid bluetooth speaker and Netflix, YouTube, and hundreds of channels on the television so you have freedom to watch what you fancy.
It has 4 bedrooms - Bedroom 1, located on the first floor is the perfect retreat and has a king sized bed with a comfortable king size duvet, a great view of Lake Victoria right from the bedroom balcony, large wardrobe and enough space to move around! The bathroom is en-suite and has hot water with a double vanity. Bedroom 2 also on the first floor has an ensuite bathroom and a king size bed with amazing views of Lake Victoria from the balcony. It also has ample wardrobe space for your clothes. Bedroom 3, is also ensuite and on the first floor, It has two full beds and large wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 4 is also ensuite and is located on the ground floor with a queen size.
The kitchen has literally has all you need by way of cooking utensils: pots, pans, cast iron skillet, plates, cups, glasses, knife set, cutting board, salad cutter, several spoons and stirrers and more.
There's also a coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, boiling kettle, blender, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, and range cooker and oven. All in stellar working conditions.
The space also has a working space with stable internet connectivity throughout and separate guest toilet, a storage space and beautiful outdoor garden for your outdoor enjoyment.
