Here’s a polished version suitable for a hotel review: The hotel’s advertising is misleading and does not accurately reflect the condition of the property or the amenities available. The pool was out of service, and none of the advertised amenities were available. The room was poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. The toilet clogged several times during our stay. We were also unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, as the signal did not appear to be working properly. Basic bathroom supplies, including shampoo, toilet paper, and soap, were not provided in the room. The kitchen was also very poorly maintained and lacked basic amenities. There were no kitchen utensils, microwave, or coffee maker available. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The property is poorly maintained, and the actual condition and available amenities did not match what was advertised. If you’d like, I can also  make it stronger and more critical for a one-star review.
