This property is part of a triplex that we purchased and are slowly renovating. This is the 1st unit to be renovated and we are continuing to chip away at the exterior of the building and the other apartments. We live here, so please understand there are owner areas, but we've opened most of the unit for our guests, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Amenities are walking distance -such as coffee and tea shops, salon, hardware stores, restaurants, grocery store, pub, and health food stores - and Jay Peak and St. Albans City are only a short 20-ish minute drive. Burlington is just under 1-hr. Lake Carmi State Park and Fairfield Pond are only 15 minutes for water sports, and the rec trail is just beyond the real estate office next door, with a 25 mile biking/snowmobiling trail all the way to St. Albans and the Canadian border.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, hair dryers, and bidets. The apartment also includes a washing machine.
