Historic 3 BR Cabin w Hot Tub near Buffalo River!

Experience the history of Ozarks and the Buffalo River in this one-of-a-kind and fully renovated 80-year-old barn!

This fully renovated 80-year-old barn sits just minutes from the Buffalo River and Little Buffalo River. Cabin has stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen, a fire pit, high-speed internet, an 8-person hot tub, lots of local wildlife, a gas grill, and most importantly, complete privacy on this secluded 82-acre homestead!

A truly one-of-a-kind stay.

The Master bedroom features a custom-built queen bed, reading lights, a 50” 4k TV, a dresser, and a closet. The room also comes equipped with an air purifier.

The ensuite master bathroom features a custom-built walk-in shower and double sinks. The bathroom is stocked with soak salts, extra towels, makeup remover, hair dryer. Q-Tips, cotton balls, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a double oven, dishes, cookware, and utensils to make the perfect homestyle meals for friends and family.

The dining room has seating for 4, and the island seats another 2.

The living room boasts high ceilings, large windows with natural light, a gas fireplace, a large couch, a 4k TV, and a desk for a computer. The living room also has a Bluetooth speaker to take outside and a flashlight for viewing wildlife.

The bunkroom has custom-built full-size bunk beds plus a futon. Built-in wall shelves for personal items, a dresser, and a 4k TV, mini SNES console with 1000s of games. The room also comes equipped with an air purifier.

Bunkroom bathroom has a shower/tub combination with a sink. The bathroom is stocked with extra towels, makeup remover, hair dryer. Q-Tips, cotton balls, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo.

The back deck features fantastic views of the forest and mountains, an 8-person hot tub, an ice chest, built-in fans, and seating for the entire family.

Just down the deck stairs, we have a large gravel area, a fire ring with seating for 8.

Relax and enjoy yourself in our cabin situated on our private 82 acres of forest. Guests will have access to all areas of the house, including the 82 acres surrounding it.

There is an RV spot with electric and water hookups that is also available for an additional fee.

All TVs have YouTube TV and Plex logged in.

The Barn is on a private 82-acre lot.

Short distance from the quaint little town of Jasper and a few miles to the Buffalo National River. The area boasts great hiking, seasonal waterfalls, rock climbing, mountain biking, and much more. The perfect place to get away from it all and recharge.

Pets are allowed with a pet fee. RVs and campers are not allowed without prior approval from the property manager.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Beautiful Barn Getaway

The Barn is absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view from the back deck & yard. While it may look like an old barn from the outside, the inside has every modern convenience you need including a washer & dryer. They thought of everything! Coming from Texas, we appreciated the Texas shaped waffle maker! I particularly loved sitting in the hot tub every night, gazing up at the stars, listening to the frogs sing, & watching the fireflies in the trees. And if you’re a bird watcher/bird tracker, you won’t be disappointed!The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had & was very kind. We only wish there hadn’t been a once in a thousand year storm while we were there which kept us from exploring the beautiful scenery in the area & going on hikes. We were very thankful to have a cozy fire, a VERY comfy couch, & WiFi so we could watch movies/tv & listen to music. Maybe we will have better weather luck next time.The Barn is located off a dirt/gravel road & the area has lots of steep, winding paved roads, so I definitely recommend you have a truck or SUV, but is one heck of a beautiful drive to get there!

Cozy Barn Cabin

My husband and I spent a weekend at The Barn Cabin and absolutely loved our stay. We have no complaints. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than I’ve ever seen in a rental. The living area was so comfortable and we spent plenty of time relaxing on the sectional. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be going back for a weekend getaway!

Well people always ask if you were born in a barn. Well if i were i would want it to be this one. Everthing was top notch. The decorations and attention to every little detail was over the top. The view of stars last nght was amazing. I would definetly recommend this place to everyone.

This place was exactly what we were wanting and was private and secluded in the middle of nowhere basically. It was comfortable, cozy and beautifully decorated! The bed was comfy and we slept great! The hot tub was so nice, clean & relaxing! The Barn had wonderful amenities and supplies! Definitely recommend and have to say it was a wonderful place to stay for us! Look forward to coming back one day!

We booked here for the eclipse in April. It was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. You could tell they put a lot of time in effort into every single detail to make this the perfect getaway. Also extremely close to the National Park.

Fantastic property!

This place was perfection. Beautiful space. Loved the barn atmosphere but updated to ultra modern style. The bed is very comfortable as is the couch. The fireplace and jacuzzi are what made it for me, however. After long days hiking in the Richland Wilderness and bushwhacking around the Pedestal Rocks area, coming back to that hot tub and firepit with a cold beverage was heaven. Max's place is worth every dime. Totally secluded so the dogs could roam and all we heard were coyotes and birds. Tons of space to explore on the property as well. We will be back this fall.
