Great location, nicely decorated

When we first walked in it seemed very nice and clean. After a few days I started to notice things that are missed while cleaning. Corners are dirty, ceiling fans could use wiped down and underneath the beds was sadly sadly neglected. Very noticeable when the floor is all ceramic tile. Handle to open the freezer is broken off and missing. Only left the roll on the wall for toilet paper not even 1 spare roll. The house is a great size and nicely decorated. Backyard is great too. Our dogs appreciated room to run. Overall it was nice. Just a few noticable things but nothing that made me want to leave. Owner very friendly and responsive.

Good location and home, but cleanliness in top 3 of worst

Scum line and leaves in pool/spa, dirty sponge was laying on side of pool, pool skimmer broke so unable to properly clean leaves out, grill was dirty with mold growth, crumbs and dirt on counters, food and sticky spots in fridge, dirty silverwear and crumbs in drawers, dust and cobwebs on decorations, some "Clean sheets" in closet had stains and did not smell clean, tooth brush holder had old paste marks. Toilet needed scrubbed, etc. Was easy to communicate with ownder and a great house over all, but cleanliness is definitely 1 star.

Plenty of room. Comfortable. Well appointed. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to find plenty to do. The exercise pool/hot tub was a plus for sure. We would definitely stay here again.
