Large on-suite 1-bedroom unit in a waterfront house located on a canal

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Gorgeous waterfront property located on a canal and short distance to Lemon Bay. 3 miles to Englewood beach. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and wooded trails and regional park. It has a living room, kitchen, laundry room, large on-suite bedroom with walk through closets and a bathroom, Large on-suite bedroom has a small desk, chair, and couch along with a queen bed. Large screen TVs in each room with internet. You can relax on the patio overlooking the waterway. A tandem kayak is available to explore Lemon Bay and creeks.

It is a top-down duplex house. First floor unit is for rent. This unit was finished in spring 2024 with a private entrance. The upstairs unit is only occupied by owners seasonally. It can accommodate 4 people comfortably. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

ONLY ONE PET is allowed with a prepaid fee. If you are accompanying a pet, you must be mentioned at the time of booking and add to the booking form. Please bring a dog bed and keep the dog off the bed and sofa.

Guests are welcome to use the dock and the first stall of the garage.

Guests can use the things in the first stall garage including the charcoal grill, beach chairs, lounge chairs, cooler, tandem kayak, and life jackets. Please return items back to the garage when finished.

Easy access to Lemon Bay by boat or kayak.

0.2 miles to a walking and biking trails entrance and the trails lead to Oyster Creek Environmental Park, Cedar point environment park, and Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park

My husband and I got this location for five nights, but onlystayed for four nights due to an emergency at home. The host graciously refunded us one night without us expecting it,The accommodations were perfect. They were clean comfortable and everything we needed for our stay in Englewood. I would definitely recommend this place to Friends and family.
