Bright kitchen with breakfast bar leads to the dining area with Open Concept living room. Kitchen has sliding glass doors to the Florida room. Master bedroom has two wall closets and a master suite with tub/shower combination. Guest bedroom has a wall closet and sliding glass doors. Large Florida room has tile flooring. Relax in the beautifully wooded private sparkling pool (not heated) on a hot sunny day. The TV is a smart TV and does not have local channels.
The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, are all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation). Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk.
