La Dolce Vita awaits you. This beautifully decorated home with new Dolce Italia tile installed in spring 2019 and pool in 2020 has an open concept for easy living and entertaining. There are vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen with ceiling fans throughout. Well equipped kitchen with brand new appliances purchased in December of 2023. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans and every thing else you could think of. Outdoor patio with grill for your favorite steaks, burgers or brats. 30' by 10' lanai with ceiling fan for morning coffees and all day relaxation. 3 beautiful bedrooms all with mirrors, extra dressers, and night stands, in addition to huge closets. Master bedroom has elegant Key West collection with king bed, walk in closet and private bath. Second bedroom has queen bed with beach theme and third bedroom has new daybed with pop up for extra guests which can also serve as a king bed.
There is a European theme throughout the home with French and Italian decor. 11 new colorful crotons and pigmy palms added in Nov. 2019 surrounded by decorative Mexican pottery. A privacy fence was also added in 2019 in the backyard. Home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with the lush vegetation of unbuilt lots on the side and in front of home.
