After an unintended long travel day, we were amazed at the perfection of this home when we arrived. It is beautifully decorated and It has EVERYTHING you need to make your stay perfect in every way. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer and enjoy all the amenities as we were there to attend a funeral. Do not hesitate in booking this property as it is a true GEM.

Perfect secluded and quiet getaway!!

Great location if you're looking for a quiet & pretty secluded getaway! But very close to everything you need. Shopping, restaurants, & multiple beaches are just a short drive away. Home was very spacious with all the major amenities that you'll need. Loved the upstairs bedroom/bathroom & screen porch. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the near future! Thanks again.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

We had a wonderful stay Memorial Day weekend! This house was perfect for my family and I. It was clean and looks like the owners have made and are in the process of making updates to the home (new deck on porch). There are curtains throughout the house which allowed more heat and light in during the day and made the rooms facing the west much hotter (especially when temps were over 90 degrees outside). One of the bedrooms does not have a ceiling fan, but a tower fan was provided in both rooms to help cool the rooms. My one suggestion would be to add blinds or light reducing curtains to help keep the 2 bedrooms cooler in hot months. The house was 5 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and had a view of Lemon Bay (Intercoastal Waterway). It did not have property access to the Lemon Bay so my son was not able to fish near the home. Overall, we really enjoyed the location of the home and the spaciousness of the home. Would come back and stay again!

Manasota Key Property

Beautiful, private location with almost immediate beach access. Lots of native plants around the property. We might want to rent again! Great place to relax! Need to have television with LIVE networks so that the residents may remain current with the world and favorite programs.
