Great house!

This was our 2nd year staying at this property and it was great again! We really enjoy the house, the pool and how close we are to the beach.

Wonderful!

Great two bedroom vacation home, close to the beach, clean, with fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, pool and all kinds of equipment for the beach. It is in good shape, clean and so close to the beach you could walk. Communication with the property management was also pleasant and possible at any time. I would definitely recommend the cottage. The only small thing I would have to criticize is the very soft mattresses in the master bedroom. But since the softness of mattresses is very subjective, this does not have to be a negative point for other guests.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place. The layout was great. The pictures do not do it justice. There was so much room. Open floor plan, big rooms, and amazing outdoor spaces. The beach is super close. We loved it so much my wife wants it to be her forever home.

Would not recommend

1. The property has construction site next to the house. We find out only when we arrive at the property. 2. Disposal in the kitchen sink did not work. 3. Old appliances. 4. Lots of cracked plates. 5. Remotes without batteries. 6. Ants everywhere. One of my kids was bitten in the face by ant at night and the wound did not heal until doctor prescribed some medications when we come back to Maryland.

Really great place to stay

My family and I, stayed for the week and had a great time. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and a couple of nice walking trails we’re just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation!

My family had a great vacation. The location was fantastic- super close to the beach. My kids loved the private pool. It provides hours of fun. The only complaint would be the tv seems to have cable but actually only gets about 5 channels. My kids were a little disappointed. I would recommend this rental.

Best stay ever

Very great vacation we had with family staying in this gorgeous house. I do like everything, the bedrooms are great , swim pool is great , specially in our March staying we used pool heating, kids was enjoying all day long swim pool, kitchen is very equipped with everything. Maybe only willing for us would be for next time when we are coming back will be to find in garage bicycles:)) Thank you again for having chance to stay in this beautiful house.

Charming Stay

This house and location is even better than we expected! Booked less than a day before arrival as our other property canceled due to storm surge issues. Property manager and owner did an outstanding job getting it ready and we loved the house and location!

Such a gift!!

We had a wonderful time! The floor plan of the house was just perfect! The close proximity to the beach gave us flexibility to come and go walking, , yet easy to drive bringing gear and park there. The swimming pool was such a wonderful plus for us especially during a pandemic, with 3 teens it kept them happy for hours.

Great home- a couple fixes needed

We stayed here for a full week. The home size is perfect and the pool is a great addition. The only things that should be fixed is that the house floors were filthy. Our feet were so black after walking on the floors for 2 minutes that my husband used the mop to try to clean some of it up. Even after mopping, it could have used a couple more times cleaned to get it to what it should be. Our only other issue was the pool was freezing. We specifically rented this house because of it and my kids used it once because of how cold it was. There was supposed to be heat in the winter or a solar cover so it could warm up but the heat didn’t work and the solar cover wasn’t there. Being so early in the season one of the other would have been nice. Otherwise this home was perfect, we would rent again next year if the two above issues were fixed. The house has everything you need and is in a great location.
