You'll LOVE this spacious, peaceful retreat ideal for a relaxing and fun getaway. This home provides 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, covered lanai and a great layout. A private, HEATED pool that's fully enclosed to enjoy year-round! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood perfect for a morning stroll or run. Sleeps 8 with lots of amenities!

Kayak and boat rentals are minutes away along Englewood Beach. Close to everything! Shopping, golf courses, outdoor restaurants with live music, gorgeous beaches, and grocery stores.

Brand New Washer & Dryer located in separate laundry room with drying rack, iron and ironing board. All new appliances and new grill perfect for a BBQ night by the pool.

King bedroom also has a twin rollaway (located in the closet) that can be opened and placed in the bedroom. Master bathroom is spacious but does not have a bathtub (shower only).

Queen bedroom with twin rollaway (located in the closet) that can be opened and placed in one of the living areas.

Twin bedroom has 2 twin beds. Guest bathroom has a tub and close to separate doorway out to the pool.

Great and comfortable house

We really enjoyed our stay in this house, it is bigger than you can see in the picture, very clean and confortable, it has everything you can need during your stay. Sandy and Matt are very special hosts. The nearby beaches are beautiful and not very crowded. I can’t wait to come back next year with my family. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a pleasant vacation.

A wonderful spot!

This rental was in a quiet neighborhood, a short distance to beaches, etc. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, and everything we needed (linens, towels, etc) was provided. The property was exactly as pictured, except it felt even larger and more spacious in person. We had a fabulous vacation and are already thinking about next year. Thank you!
