Great layout

The layout of the property was great for our family. Having the enclosed pool and area is always fun! The property manager was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again, hopefully the owners can enjoy it again this winter!

Great experience

We had a great time staying in this spacious home, spending time at the pool, at the nearby beach, and seeing turtles at a close by park where we hiked and rode our bikes. We much appreciated that we could stay as late as we wanted on the day of checkout. Downside: Property needs a deep cleaning. Microwave was dirty and needed to be cleaned before being usable. Many spaces, such as top of fridge, fans and other spaces had a layer of dust.

Englewood escape

Could not be happier, the house is great. The location is great. The Englewood Fl area is one our favorite get away locations. The property manager is great to work with, accommodated our last minute travel adjustsments. Very pleased.

Great place to stay

spacious, nice property. Just a few ideas for the property owner...updated appliances, patio furniture, towels. Also ensure propane tank full, had to purchase new one. Overall, great stay. Would stay again!!

Xmas holidays and vacation

The house was very large and comfortable. We loved the heated swimming pool. You can walk to the beach in 15min. The beaches are amazing, better to go in the early morning if you are driving as parking is sparse. Alltogether, it was a good experience with couple areas to consider for future guests: there insufficient household items such as dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, no garbage bags, paper towels, etc. there was literally nothing in the kitchen: no sugar, pepper, spices, tea, etc My sister had bad allergy and the house smelled a bit musty. Even though it was Well equipped with kitchen utensils and it was very clean.

Week getaway

We enjoyed our stay but the beach was not easy to walk to with kids and gear in tote. We chose to drive after 1 attempt. pool area was clean and enjoyable. kitchen was stocked well. twin beds could use an update. sheets had more stains then I would like and felt a few coils. loved the openness of the living area.

Lovely but needs tlc

Loved layout of house. Saw lots of wild animals. Very clean. Every bed needs replaced & oven doesn’t broil so we ended up eating out a god bit. Beds & oven need Replaced.

Grandkids get away

The stay was great, the house was comfortable and clean. Very short drive to the beach, which was our main focus beach and relax. If I plan another trip to Englewood Fl. I will look up this property first.

Lots of space

Eight of us flew out to visit our Grandma and we needed a large place to stay - this house was perfect for that. Everyone had the room they needed and we were in the pool every day. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with the kids and taking quick trips to the beach. We were a little frustrated when we arrived very late after our flight from CA and found very few house amenities (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags). It would have been helpful to know we needed to pick these things up on the way in.

Beautiful!

Absolutely wonderful home with ample space for the family. Very comfortable with lots of amenities and perfectly situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the beach. Beach was fabulous with amazing shell collecting opportunities. The ONLY downside was the pool was very chilly as we went in April so we didn’t use it as much as we could have. Other than that no complaints at all. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Will definitely stay again.

Great Vacation Location

Our family of six had a great time at this location. The home is clean but could use some updating. It’s located in a clean well kept up neighborhood. When you are looking for a quiet restful get away this is the place. It is close to many great restaurants. It’s not on the ocean but only .4 miles away and easy to get to. The ocean location is a great place for finding Sharks Teeth. The pool was the high point for the family and well kept up.
