Love the location of the hotel. A bit pricey for an ocean view from the first floor; not really a view. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is great, and we love the balcony.
If you like dirty floors, this is for you. Walk across your room and check your socks. Don't they ever wash or wet mop the floors. Close to the ocean so there is plenty of rust. We went over Christmas so the price was high. There is an extra service fee which covers parking in the garage or outdoors, use of the pool. The free breakfast is terrible. Each day has sausage patties, and lousy fried? eggs. In the middle of our stay they ran out of toaster waffles. Not recommended at the price.

Moldy bathroom. Prepaid for a whole week, stayed one night. Hotel denied request for refund of nights we never stayed due to mold problems even after I emailed them photos of the mold. Filed a dispute through my credit card. So disappointed.
The room had a strong stench of mold/mildew. Pictures do not represent the property well. It felt like a motel in a great neighborhood. We booked 2 nights ended up cancelling the second night and received a refund.

Slow drain in the sink. Yellow tinged water in the hot tub. Shower drain trap had apparently dried up imparting a sewage smell to the bathroom that housekeeping must have noticed because the door was closed when i checked in. Easy fix and i fixed it but I obviously should not have had to.
Property is convenient close to freeway, dining and the beach.
