I don’t recommend this property at all, it was 150$ a night and the toilet didn’t flush, key didn’t work, sink didn’t drain, felt unsafe, felt like a really old motel that should never have had best westerns name on it, the breakfast was awful there was a waffle maker and granola bars, bananas as well as brownie bites that’s it nothing like the photos I am concerned with what they promised I wish the holiday inn express had a room but they were booked due to a marathon that was happening we drove up for it as my daughter was participating in it so they tripled the room costs for that day normally they are 40$ a night I am very disappointed in my experience at this hotel and will never stay again as the advertised amenities were not what we received
incredibly dirty room. The door to the bathroom actually hit the toilet. Good staff and breakfast, but dirt leaves a big negative impression.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast included a waffle maker. Very happy with stay.
The staff and room were excellent, however the reason we booked this hotel was so the kids could swim. Upon check in we learned the pool was out of service. We put our mother-in law 25 miles away from our residence just because of the indoor pool. Should notify guests via email (at least) of the amenities that are advertised, not being in service.
I wasn't expecting anything fancy from this hotel, the room was good and thought it was clean. I stayed 2 nights, on the 2nd night I woke up early partly due to the noisy air conditioner/ heater unit and was doing some work on my computer when I was joined in bed by a cochroach. Pretty gross, just glad my wife was not with me or her scream may have woken up the whole hotel, possibly the whole town The job I was doing got extended by a day, need less to say I did not check back in to this hotel again.

The carpet had stains that appears to be from pets.
The room was OK, but nothing special for a 3 star rated room. We were most disappointed because we had reserved a non-smoking king room, but they were all out of that room type. They placed us in a double double, but I would have expected a price reduction.
Convenient location, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Room shows a little bit of age, but not bad. Very cost effective and great stopping point for those traveling from Tulsa via Wichita to KC. Enjoyed the stay, thanks!
