Your North Frisian holiday destination 'Deichglück' is a spacious thatched roof property within sight of the dike in front of Sylt. Since the 1970s it has been modernized with so much love that the typical, individual character of this house has been preserved to this day. That was also a goal of the changes we made in 2016. The entire "Deichglück", consisting of the "Friesenhaus" and the smaller "Auszeit", are non-smoking objects (house and property), unfortunately pets cannot go on holiday here.

The stylish, cozy 'Friesenhaus' for up to 8 people consists of the originally farmhouse and the former stable building.
We offer you the extension built later as a separate holiday home 'time out' for 2 or a family of up to 4 people. The extension has also been modernized and, like the 'Friesenhaus', is geared towards demanding holiday guests.

As "Deichglück" you book both objects together, for example for your family or friend meeting. Then you have up to 12 beds as well as a sauna and garden with a glass pavilion on the approx. 4,000 m² plot. Evening sitting under ancient beams by the stove is included.

Unusual, but very Frisian. Plus plenty of space to relax - tradition meets comfort.

Taking a North Sea holiday means, above all, blowing air, light and fresh wind around your nose. Walk to the dike crown in 5 minutes and look from there to the islands of Sylt and Föhr. You can use Sylt e.g. B. by bike and train from Klanxbüll in one hour, Föhr via the ferry port Dagebüll in 2 hours. Amrum with the beautiful Kniepsand beach is also worth a day trip. In the immediate vicinity, past the salt marshes, you will reach the Südwesthörn swimming area, your entrance to the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, after 2 km. You will also find a restaurant there.

Gemütliches Friesenhaus

Wunderschönes Haus mit grosser Aussenfläche. Wir waren mit 11 Personen da inkl Kindern und es war immer noch reichlich Platz vorhanden. Tolle Einrichtung und Küchenausstattung an der nichts fehlt.

Abgeschiedenheit

Wir hatten beide Haushälften des alten Bauernhauses gemietet. Die Zwischentür zwischen den beiden Hälften hatten wir daher geöffnet. So hatten wir etliche Zimmer und Treppen, zwischen denen man sich fast verlaufen konnte. Selbst unsere Teenies hatten ihre gewünschte Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Jeder konnte vor einem eigenen Fernseher sitzen oder in einem der vier Duschen parallel duschen. Es gestaltete sich leider schwierig, alle an einem Tisch unterzubringen, da das Esszimmer nicht so gross ist. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit weissem Teppichboden ausgelegt, was die Zimmer zwar heller macht, aber durch die kleinen Fenster fällt sehr wenig Aussenlicht. Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser waren in grosser Stückzahl vorhanden. Leider waren die Betten nicht bezogen, als wir ankamen, doch nach einem Anruf bei der Agentur wurde uns Bettzeug und viele sehr weiche Handtücher geliefert. Ein Rasenroboter hat rund um die Uhr für einen sehr gepflegten Rasen gesorgt. Nachts konnte man in aller Stille und ohne störende Verkehrsgeräusche die Sternschnuppen am Himmel zählen.

Rundum zufrieden

Ein sehr hochwertiges, gepflegtes, wunderschönes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Damit deutlich über dem gewohnten Ferienhaus Niveau. Wir hatten es mit 8 Erwachsenen komplett gemietet. Dafür war es super geeignet. Sehr nette Vermieter. Umgeben von WIesen, Feldern und einzelnen Gehöften ist man in 5 Minuten auf dem Deich. Sehr gerne jederzeit wieder hier.

Kurzurlaub hinter dem Deich

Ein wunderschönes Domizil, sehr liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle waren von der Ruhe begeistert (abgesehen von den kräftigen Windböen), lobenswert die sehr guten Bettmatratzen. Wir empfehlen diese Adresse gerne weiter.

Flairüberladenes Luxusdomizil

Wir bewohnten das komplette Haus mit beiden Einheiten. Mit 5 echten Schlafzimmern, 4 Bädern, 2 Saunen, 2 Wohn-/Essbereichen und 2 Küchen hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Alle Räumlichkeiten haben eine hohe Ausstattung. Jeder Wohn- und Schlafraum besitzt einen Fernseher und eine Musikanlage. Jede Wohneinheit hat eine Sauna. Alle Bewohner waren mit der Objektauswahl zufrieden. Ab und an gab es ein "Hörnchen", manchmal vom Bäcker, manchmal von den Balken vom Haus. Leute bis ca. 185cm werden bei letzterem keine Probleme bekommen. ;-)
