Sunny Side is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath Soundside home located in Emerald Isle. Located only approximately 3 blocks away from the beach you will be enjoying the sand between you toes in no time! Enjoy relaxing and swimming in your very own Private Pool!

Bedding: Bedding includes 1 King, 2 Queens and a Double/Twin Bunkbed.

Amenities Include: 6 Flat Panel TVs, Premium Cable, High Speed Wireless Internet, Corn Hole, Shuffleboard, Picnic Table, Private Pool, Garage, Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher.

Linens & Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum stay in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

This particular property did not meet our expectation for the money spent.Here's a list of issues that we encountered as the week went on:House in general was dirty: couches and couch pillows were filthy; dirty dishes in the cabinet; grill was dirty and no way to clean it; bathrooms dirty.The shower on the main floor had electrical tape around the faucet to prevent changing the water temperature. Toilet on main floor grew a dirty, moldy ring inside as the week went on. There is no way a cleaning team had been there recently.Pool decking was horrible - leaves cluttered the cement skirt around the pool, which then ended up in the pool. It has been quite awhile since the pool area/especially the side of the house at the pool - has been power washed. The pool was cleaned mid-week and the pool itself then was great! But the surrounding cement skirting needed lots of attention.The dishwasher did not clean dishes - filter probably needs to be cleaned.Freezer set too cold - we could not find how to turn it down.We killed roaches in the kitchen and dining area - and saw several out on the deck at the kitchen level.None of the TVs worked properly initially - we called on this one item - not sure what the fix was, perhaps batteries in all the remotes - ??? No one followed up with us on this.Shuffleboard game on bottom floor was pitted and unusable.The house could be a great place, but needs a lot of attention to detail.To say the least, we were very disappointed.
