Gated community. Sorry no pets! 121 East Sound of the Sea is an Angled Oceanfront 4 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath townhouse and is in the building closest to the Ocean! Three living levels and excellent ocean views!

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 with Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 with Game area with Foosball Table, Flat Screen TV, and Double Twin Bunk Set. Full Bath. Washer & Dryer. Level One: Living Area with Flat Screen TV, Kitchen with French Door Refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. Dining Area. Half Bath. Level Two: Bedroom #3 with King Bed, direct access to the outdoor deck and Flat screen TV. Bedroom #4 with Double Bed & Twin Bed and Flat Screen TV. Full Bath.

Additional Amenities: High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 4 Flat Screen Color Cable TVs, 4 CD Players. Board Games galore. Deck furniture on all level decks! Beach chairs provided for guests use.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
