very pleasant stay
The condo was clean, comfortably furnished, and just the right amount of room for our family of 4. It is a short walk to the beach and convenient to everything in Emerald Isle.

Not a pleasant experience
1. Did not receive check-in instructions the day before.
2. Caretaker of the facility had to let me in at the gate.
3. Unit was not freshened up and smelled old and musty.
4. 2 large dead roaches found on kitchen floor.
5. Floor mats at the entrance and bedrooms were dirty and stained.
6. No information packet provided upon arrival.
7. No bathroom soap.
