Escape to this 4-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront home, perfect for your next family or group vacation. With 1 King bed, 2 Queens, and 2 Twins, it comfortably sleeps 8. Linens provided with beds made, so you can relax the moment you arrive.

Enjoy the reverse floor plan designed to capture stunning ocean views, with an open and covered deck that’s perfect for dining or lounging. The master bedroom includes a King bed and private bath for added comfort.

Amenities include: Central air & heat, Hot & cold outdoor shower, Washer & dryer, dishwasher, 3 cable TVs, including a 46" flat screen, Wireless internet, Open and covered decks, fully furnished for relaxation. One dog is welcome to join the fun.

Weekly rentals only, Sunday to Sunday. NO smoking.

Weather was wonderful! Had trouble with the tvs. They had about four receivers each and we couldn’t find the right one. So I had to stream. The only other thing was all the stairs. We are all over 65 and it was tough. But we loved our stay. The beds slept wonderful!!! Thank you!

Beautiful sceneries - Needs cleaning and updates

The house is located in the beautiful Emerald Isle Beach. We realize that everyone is getting back to work and jobs after the Pandemic and there are I am sure staff shortages, however, the cleanliness was noticeably lacking. The dishwasher was broken and lock on sliding door broken. Sun and Surf was easily reachable and quick to respond . Staff was friendly and helpful since we talked to maintenance several times. The HVAC gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable when he came out on the next to last day of our vacation to fix the broken air conditioning unit on the upper level. We did have a nice vacation at Emerald Isle and come to several beaches in the area most every year. I don’t think we will be renting the property again and will look at other locations in the area for next year.

Good Location - needs some upkeep

Direction access to the beach is absolutely great. The layout is conducive to families that need large several bedrooms. Counterintuitively the lower floor is all bedrooms (3). Kitchen, dining and family room share the upstairs with a master bath. The property needs to be cleaned better before each visitor. A thorough walk thru needs to be done periodically to catch minor issues like small holes in the wall from previous wall mounted devices, updated references to house procedures, pot holes in the drive, broken deck furniture.
