Ocean Reef 4-B2 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo in the unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex Ocean Reef. The Ocean Reef Community is situated on the narrow part of Emerald Isle and offers various community amenities including shuffleboard, tennis court, large swimming pool, and a covered community area with picnic tables by the pool!

Living Area with TV, Dining Area, and Kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV and a Private Full Bath with a Bathtub and Shower. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds, TV and access to the 2nd Full Bath in the hall.

Amenities Include: High-Speed Wireless Internet Access Provided! There are 3 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a CD player, a stereo system, and a Keurig Coffee Maker all for your pleasure. Central Heat and Air. Outdoor Shower. Beach Access Walkway from the Unit. Driveway Parking Only. Garage not to be used.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
