Affordable 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home only one house away from the ocean! Open decks with an enclosed screen porch with views! Walking distance to fishing pier, located in the heart of Emerald Isle near many restaurants, shops and family attractions!

Ground Level: Covered Parking in available with a Washer and Dryer with an exterior entrance only. Outside shower to rinse off the beach and a partially enclosed patio.

Level One: Living Area with HDTV and HD cable. Dining Area with additional seating at the bar. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds. Additional Amenities Include: DVR Cable Service, Hi- Speed Wireless Internet, Charcoal Grill.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

Linens and Towels provided with weekly stays only.
