Located in Emerald Isle, off Coast Guard Road the keyless entry allows you to avoid summer traffic check-in/out. A neighborhood playground just up the street. This property is pet-friendly! Enjoy the ocean breezes from the screened porch. Separately, relax on the covered porch watching birds and summer rains. In addition the master bedroom private balcony is great for star gazing. The sectional couch is 40 in. deep which makes it a perfect napping couch for two. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains are in every room. The Ekornes chair and the Tempur-pedic bed topper are provided for those with temperamental backs. The Mini-Split Air Conditioner upstairs keeps the private master bedroom cool. The Fully Equipped Kitchen has Drip Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Keurig, Electric Water Kettle, Blender, Slow Cooker, Fish Boil Pot, Spices, Microwave, Dishwasher, Ice Maker, and Electric Winer Opener. For smaller guests: Pack-N-Play, Highchair and Dog Bowls. Fans are located in every room including the living room and the screened in porch. The screened in porch provides comfortable seating to relax, a table and chairs for meals or games, shades to keep the sun away and provide privacy.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
