Dog-Friendly Cottage, 3 BR 2 B. Q * Q * B (D down, S up). Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Triple Sheeted beds. Good horizon view from this peaceful and private location just minutes from the ocean access. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 Smart cable TVs with streaming and wireless Internet access, reverse osmosis system for kitchen and icemaker. Traditional floor plan with high open ceilings and beautiful windows to enjoy the nature this property has to offer. Private decks and a large screened porch make outdoor living one of the best things about this location. Private fenced in yard. Plenty of outdoor furniture to take a long rest after a day at the beach. Beach cart will make carrying the cooler to the beach much easier. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower and Weber gas grill. Available year-round. No smoking. Pets allowed with $150 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum). 5302 Emerald Drive.
This property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
