This is a nicely appointed condo with beach access. The condo is small especially the bathroom (shower is very narrow). It is on the second floor with very narrow stairs to the unit. If you are a light sleeper the AC will likely wake you through the night. It is so loud you need to increase the volume on the tv. The in-unit washer and dryer are a plus, especially on beach days. The complex amenities are also very nice and its proximity to town makes it an easy choice for your vacation.

Communication was excellent. This unit is nicely updated, probably recently. Very clean and well stocked with everything from kitchen gadgets to hand soap, extra paper towels and TP. Very quiet, other than the AC. It overlooks the pool at the back of the condo complex. There's also an indoor pool, tennis / pickleball court (with plastic surface), and exercise room. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes, which isn't bad. Outdoor showers for washing off the sand.
