The home features central air and heat, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer and a gas grill for easy outdoor meals.
Pet friendly—bring along one dog (maximum 35 lbs) with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. THE DOG IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE.
