Enjoy your own private 15' x 30' chlorine pool (exclusive to the West side) and direct beach access. This well-appointed home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements: Queen • Queen • Queen • Bunk Bed, Single.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts quartz countertops, an island with breakfast bar seating, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, and blender. The home features hardwood floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms, with beautifully tiled bathrooms.

Relax by the private pool with plenty of seating, or enjoy the furnished decks off the great room and the sun deck from the top-floor bedroom. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a convenient dressing area.

Additional amenities include 4 Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, charcoal grill, full-size crib, booster seat, and baby gate.
