Awesome Vacation Rental

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Wolthuser Warf. It felt like a home away from home. The house is very charming and has all the amenities one could possibly need. It's located in a picturesque part of Emden, close to the Ems-Jade canal. The owners even provide access to a boat dock. The town center is a 10 minute bicycle ride or 20 minute walk away, a picturesque path along the canal. The house is ideal for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay. The owners are very nice and easy to communiccate with.

I didn’t want to leave! It was so nice and comfortable. We ended up cooking in because it was so charming. It was clean, comfortable and we found everything we needed. Owners very nice and helpful.

Gemütliches altes Haus mit kleinem Garten, das liebevoll renoviert wurde. Es gibt eine Hütte im Garten für die Fahrräder. Die Lage ist trotz der Stadtnähe sehr grün, man ist sofort am Kanal, wo man schön mit dem Hund gehen kann.

Unkomplizierter Check-In, tolle Lage: Zentral und dennoch in der Natur

Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt bzw. Kurzurlaub am Ems-Jade-Kanal bei Wolthusen ein voller Erfolg. Die Lage war herrlich und toll für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge mit unseren Hunden. Die Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung. Die Wohnung selbst war geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Check-In völlig unkompliziert. Kommunikation verlief ebenfalls problemlos.Wenn es überhaupt Kritikpunkte anzumerken gibt, dann vielleicht, dass man ein paar Dinge in der Wohnung nachbessert (vergilbte WC-Brille, Plissees an den Fenstern).Die Heizung schien bereits abgestellt zu sein, dies war ein persönlicher Wermutstropfen, da es abends teils kalt war. Ist jedoch sicherlich subjektiv. Ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt!

Die Schlafsituation gestaltete sich etwas schwierig,da ein Schlafbereich im Dach ohne Tür war und keine wirkliche Verdunklung in beiden Schlafräumen.Keine Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln sondern weiße Vorhänge.DIE Sauberkeit war soweit gegeben,allerdings war der Garten und die atetasse sehr ungepflegt Bei Ankunft war die atetasse voll mit Mäusekot.

Schöne Unterkunft

Dieses kleine Haus ist ideal für einen Urlaub in Ostfriesland. Wir konnten unser Auto mitsamt Anhänger direkt vor dem Haus parken. Leider gab es den angegebenen Wäschetrockner nicht, aber man kann die Wäsche ja auch anders trocknen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ferienhaus nicht durchdacht

In dem Ferienhaus stimmt so einiges nicht, Spülmaschine sowie Licht im Wohnzimmer defekt. Für 2 Personen ok weil im Wohnzimmer nur eine kleine Couch mit einem kleinen Sessel steht, zusammengewürfelte Möbel, nicht gemütlich. Die Treppe zum oberen Schlafzimmer ist eine Raumspartreppe und dementsprechend nicht leicht hoch und runterzugehen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig Im oberen Schlafzimmer sind die Matratzen im Bett ok. Überall an den Dachfenstern hängen Haken raus, Vorhänge vor 2 Fenstern ist ein Witz. Und sauber war das Haus nicht so sehr. Wer keine Ansprüche stellt ist das Haus für den Preis echt ok.

Super schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, von den umliegenden Häusern haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 min in der Innenstadt. Das Haus ist sehr modern und trotzdem auch typisch ostfriesisch eingerichtet. Im Bad und auch in im Essbereich gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer war das absolute Highlight. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation war einfach und unkompliziert. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in liebevol gestaltetem Haus

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus Wolthuser Warf III verbracht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man kann es hier zu jeder Jahreszeit gut aushalten. Der kleine Garten ist ein Traum. Hier konnten wir bei Sonnenschein gut die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Küche ist sonnendurchflutet, es hat Spaß gemacht hier morgens zu frühstücken. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.Der Kontakt zum Ehepaar Ludewig war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt perfekt. Man kann direkt vor die Tür gehen und anfangen zu laufen. Nach Emden am Kanal entlang sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß, es gibt viel zu besuchen in der Nähe. Wir können das Haus jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen Platz zum entspannen und erholen sucht. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Raus aus dem Alltag

Das Haus liegt super ruhig und ländlich gelegen am Kanal. Wir konnten super abschalten und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super und unkompliziert. Schönes Ferienhaus mit idyllischem Garten

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral und doch sehr ruhig. In der Kücheneinrichtung ist an alles gedacht. Nur die Stufen im Haus vom Schlafzimmer in den Flur und vom Flur in die Küche waren für uns nicht so optimal.

Das Haus Wolthusen Warf III liegt ideal am Ems-Jade-Kanal. Man hört im Garten die Vögel zwitschern und die Tauben gurren und man wohnt absolut ruhig. Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer sind gut eingerichtet. I

Rundum zufriedenstellend!!

Das Ferienhaus liegt im schönen und idyllischen Stadtteil Wolthusen, direkt an einem Kanal. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr natürlich und geschmackvoll gehalten. Zimmeraufteilung ist auch super. Die Küche und die Sanitärräume sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man kann direkt aus der Küche in den Garten hinaustreten und auf der schönen Terrasse sitzen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ins ostfriesische Umland sind schier unerschöpflich. Emden selbst ist eine tolle Stadt mit vielen Kanälen und Grachten. Nicht umsonst trägt es den Namen "Venedig des Nordens". Ich kann den Aufenthalt dort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen :-)!
