Beautiful detached villa in Emba, Paphos, a lovely tranquil and picturesque village, in a rural environment, with stunning unobstructed sea views, mountain views, 3 bedrooms, private swimming pool, air-conditioning in all rooms, modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and beautiful garden. This house offers a unique opportunity for people who want to enjoy a sun, pool and beach holiday in a tranquil setting. The house offers full privacy. All amenities, including the best supermarket in the area, Coral Bay beach and Paphos city centre, are within small distance (five to ten minutes driving), yet the place offers a unique rural and peaceful setting. Villa spacious will good facilities although some distance from shops and restaurants

Villa spacious, comfortable beds good outdoor space. communal areas a little tired in places could do with a refresh. However noise a real issue dogs barking day and night through the night, road very noisy and house across road played loud music all day. So we did not get much rest. Would be benificial to leave emergency contact details including nearest hospital. Plus more restaurant recommendations and places to visit However this will not deter us returning to Cyprus in the future

Lovely villa in an Ideal location

The villa was exactly as described set in a quiet location on the edge of the village, yet within easy driving distance of both Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour. This was our first villa holiday and suited my wife and I much better than a hotel giving us the freedom to either cater for ourselves or dine out. The swimming pool and outside seating plus dining area's, together with the weather means that you need spend very little time inside the villa. The area where the villa is set is very peaceful with fantastic views front and back. There is a supermarket just down the road and once you are stocked up you have no reason to leave the villa at all, as everything needed is available. We are already missing the pool and villa and looking forward to returning next year

2 week PERFECT honeymoon!

This was our first time in Cyprus and we couldnt have asked for more. The location of this villa was ideal and we quickly realised how glad we were to be staying in the quiet little village of Emba rather than the bustling city of Paphos. A hire car is essential and we used Akis and Maria (the car is on the board in the kitchen). We thought we would have a holiday of walking but it was just too hot. Also, there is a bus from Emba to Paphos but it is only every few hours. Great places to visit was the zoo (20 minutes drive), Coral Bay (15 minutes), Aphrodites Rock brewery (25 minutes), Tomb of the Kings (10 minutes max) and Paphos harbour (10 minutes). The food is amazing everywhere and really decent prices. Getting back to the villa though, it had absolutely everything you could need. The air conditioning is a blessing, the kitchen is well stocked and the pool was the main fun part! We didnt go to a beach as they were always quite busy whereas the pool is all yours! We already miss being there and we even miss the cute little gecko's! Thank you so much Rutger for being responsive and extremely helpful too throughout the booking. Will definitely be back and recommend to all!

Fantastic villa

Four of us stayed in the villa - 3 of us for 2 weeks and a fourth joined us for second week. Superb place - very clean, tidy and well maintained. Air conditioned. Quiet area. Plenty of bedwear, towels, etc supplied. All kitchen requirements you could ever want or need, washing machine, plenty of plates, tons of cutlery .... whatever you have at home you'll find it here I should think! Large dining table - although never actually used by us as we ate poolside Sun on the front - and pool - all day. Lots of seats/loungers in the garden with lilos and other inflateables for pool use. Sea view from front bedrooms. Highly recommended if looking for accomodation in the area for a stay! A*** rated by us!

Lovely holiday to Emba. Quiet location. This villa was clean and tidy. Private pool was well maintained. The owner was very accommodating for my disabled daughter. Would definitely visit again and recommend 😀

Pleasant and peaceful

A lovely very well equipped villa in a small cul de sac of 4 villas. Air con throughout, very nice pool. Rutger was very helpful when one Air con needed re gassing, done within 2 hours of being reported. Lovely quite little village with two really nice restaurants.
