Would not recommend. You could tell it wasn't dusted recently but otherwise it was ok, small rooms.
The service was terrible, however. I left a pillow in the room and immediately called and spoke with the owner about this. She informed me that she would promptly call the supervisor on duty and that she would have this individual contact me to arrange when I could grab my pillow, before I left the Ely area. This never happened and I tried calling back before I left Ely and spoke to another supervisor whom assured me that this pillow would be mailed to me. This was mailed to me, however, this agency billed my credit card without my approval, voiced that I would be refunded, and then was ignored and not replied to again.
You can find better places to stay regardless but the customer service was extremely poor, and remains poor, as I made every effort to obtain my belongings before leaving town and was never told I would be charged $30 for shipping.... not cool
