In this stylish house, you will find a successful blend of modern interior design indoors and a large, sunny garden area with many outdoor terraces. The accommodation offer with 2 bedrooms extends over 2 floors. A guest bedroom with shower is located on the ground floor of the house, along with the high-quality fitted kitchen and the living room with wood-burning stove. The other bedroom and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor.

The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.

We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

This villa is located in the popular residential area "Barranquets" in Els Poblets. Geographically, the villa is just 600 meters from the sea. Also just 600 meters further are numerous shops, restaurants and general doctors. The distance to Denia is about 10 km. Just a few kilometers away there are 2 golf courses

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 500 € must be paid.

Fabulous Villa

We stayed here JUL19. From the outset, communication with Stefanie was efficient and prompt. The villa looks good in the advert and on arrival it was above expectations. Having rented many properties over the years in Spain, I would consider this to be the best. It is very well equipped in every aspect. The gardens are spacious and the swimming pool is also generous in size. During our stay we encountered a problem which was quickly resolved by Stefanie and the owner of the villa highlighting the very good customer care. The villa location has good access to local beaches and the AP7 motorway. There are some restaurants within walking distance but a car is recommended if you wish to explore Denia area further. Overall I have no hesitation recommending this villa.

La villa est exactement comme dans l’annonce. Maison très propre et bien équipée. Seule chose qui n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce l’électricité est en plus de la location. La gérante de la maison est très réactive si besoin
