We stayed here JUL19. From the outset, communication with Stefanie was efficient and prompt. The villa looks good in the advert and on arrival it was above expectations. Having rented many properties over the years in Spain, I would consider this to be the best. It is very well equipped in every aspect. The gardens are spacious and the swimming pool is also generous in size. During our stay we encountered a problem which was quickly resolved by Stefanie and the owner of the villa highlighting the very good customer care. The villa location has good access to local beaches and the AP7 motorway. There are some restaurants within walking distance but a car is recommended if you wish to explore Denia area further. Overall I have no hesitation recommending this villa.
We are very disapointed because we wanted to rent this villa for the summer. We send 7 emails and NEVER got an answer...until 10 days later to say that it is unavailable!Of course it is!!If the agency takes 10 days to respond to emails don't expect anything... Weirdly it was still available the night before that email...

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Villa in Els Poblets angetroffen. Frau Zimmer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Wir waren 6 Personen und 2 kl. Hunde, es hat uns ans nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung des Hauses war tob,die Zimmeraufteilung super, alles war vorhanden, genau so wie beschrieben im Text.Die AuĂenanlage war ein Traum, sehr gepflegt und man hatte schattige RĂŒckzugs orte. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles HG

Traumhaft ruhige Ferien
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung und Fotos aus dem Inserat treffen voll umfĂ€nglich zu. Unsere Familie hat sich in den zwei Wochen wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet und zuvor kommend. Die Lage ist optimal, um ruhige Ferien mit der Familie zu verbringen. Im Umkreis von wenigen km befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und StrĂ€nde. Die Gegend eignet sich auch ideal, um sich mit dem Fahrrad zu bewegen. Wir wĂŒrden Jederzeit wieder kommen und können es wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen.
Wir verbringen seit etlichen Jahren im Winter einige Wochen bis Monate an der Costa Blanca und wohnten bisher immer in den Bergen um Moraira (Cumbre del sol, Javea etc.), zwar in HĂ€usern mit fantastischem Meerblick, aber leider musste man immer das Auto benutzen um das Meer zu erreichen. In diesem Jahr entschlossen wir uns kurzfristig dazu, ein Haus in StrandnĂ€he zu buchen und stieĂen durch Zufall auf dieses Feriendomizil in sonniger, ruhiger, jedoch zentraler Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Segaria-Bergkette.
SĂ€mtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine hervorragende deutsche Friseurin (Janett) sowie Ărzte sind bequem zu FuĂ, das attraktive bergige Hinterland sowie die KĂŒstenstĂ€dte Denia, Moraira, Javea, Calpe etc. nach kurzer Autofahrt zu erreichen.
Das vom Haus aus in ca. sieben Gehminuten erreichbare Meer lÀdt zu kilometerlangen StrandspaziergÀngen mit Panoramablick auf die nahe gelegenen Bergketten ein.
Das gepflegte Feriendomizil mit der gut durchdachten Raumaufteilung, den lichtdurchfluteten, hochwertig möblierten RĂ€umen lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen!
Die Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgen ĂŒber Ă€uĂerst bequeme Matratzen, die auch durch die ViskoelastizitĂ€t fĂŒr leichtgewichtigere Menschen geeignet sind.
Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche muss man als ĂŒberaus vollstĂ€ndig bezeichnen. Geschirr, GlĂ€ser, Besteck sowie sĂ€mtliches KĂŒchenzubehör sind sehr reichlich vorhanden.
Sehr praktisch fanden wir auch den an die KĂŒche angrenzenden Hauswirtschaftsraum mit zusĂ€tzlicher SpĂŒle fĂŒrÂŽs Grobe, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Ausgang zum Garten.
Der Garten besticht durch die Wintersonne, die wir dort auf hochwertigen, Ă€uĂerst bequemen Gartenmöbeln mit farbenfreudigen Polstern (Blumen- und Schmetterlingsmotive) von morgens bis abends genieĂen konnten. Der fast den ganzen Tag ĂŒber besonnte groĂe Pool (ca. 4,5 x 10 m) lĂ€dt sogar schon in den Wintermonaten zum Schwimmen ein.
Ein besonderer Dank geht an Stefanie (Verwaltung Schaich Immobilien), die uns bereits vor der Buchung etliche Fragen geduldig beantwortete und uns wÀhrend des Aufenthaltes vor Ort immer kurzfristig und zuverlÀssig mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand!
Insgesamt also der perfekte "WohlfĂŒhl-Urlaub", sodass wir nach acht herrlich entspannenden Wochen glĂŒcklich darĂŒber sind, dass wir im nĂ€chsten Jahr wieder zwei Monate in diesem wunderschönen Haus (bereits gebucht) dem deutschen Winter entfliehen dĂŒrfen.

Licht und Klang durchflutete Sommervilla
Ola, liebes Schaichteam
nachdem wir einen Monat dem deutschen Schmuddelwetter
aus dem Wege gegangen sind und uns in der traumhaften
Villa uns sehr wohlfĂŒhlten, möchten wir uns nochmals sehr herzlich fĂŒr die hervorragende Betreuung durch Stefanie bedanken.
Wir staunten nicht schlecht als wir die lichtdurchflutete Villa betraten, moderne klare Einrichtung, saubere Zimmer und vor allem eine hervorragend eingerichtete und klar organisierte KĂŒche die jeden Hobbykoch begeistert.
Bis ins kleinste Detail ist hier alles vorhanden, sogar scharfe Messer ( leider in vielen FerienhÀusern nicht der Fall )
Hervorzuheben ist die besondere Lage der Liegenschaft :
Wintersonne, kurze Wege zum Strand und in ca. 10 Fahrminuten
am Hafen in Denia um fangfrischen Fisch einzukaufen.
Der sehr gepflegte Garten, die stattlichen Palmen und der
groĂe Pool unterstreichen das angenehme Urlaubsfeeling.
Unser Fazit :
Hier wird man zwangslĂ€ufig zum "WIEDERHOLUNGSTĂTER"
Die nÀchste Planung ist schon in Vorbereitung.
