Our chalet is nestled in a privileged location, right next to the picturesque town of Dénia, the jewel of the Marina Alta. Here, you can enjoy the finest golden sandy beaches, lapped by the turquoise waters that enchant visitors from all over the world.

Located in a quiet residential area, next to a small park, you'll enjoy the peace and privacy you're looking for. We are very close to Les Deveses beach and the main tourist destinations of the Costa Blanca.

We invite you to immerse yourself in a paradise of tranquility and renewal.
Every detail is designed to make you feel right at home.

We are 650m from the beach.
Easy access to local attractions, such as Dénia, Oliva...
Two golf courses, Montgó Natural Park and more.
There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The house is the result of a dream come true, to create a cozy and comfortable space where our guests can relax and unwind.

That's why we completely renovated our house in 2021, equipping it with all the amenities you need: independent bedrooms with private bathrooms, ventilation, air conditioning, satellite TV and internet.
