The Space:

Please ensure you receive your gate code before arrival and proceed to the Welcome Center or Property Access office to obtain your key card before heading to the villa. Our property is designed for comfort, featuring three well appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a spacious dining and living area. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a private kitchen, cable television, and an indoor fireplace. Whether you are relaxing on the outdoor furniture or taking a dip in the pool, our villa provides the perfect base for your Georgia mountain adventure. We are happy to accommodate families and pets, making this the ideal spot for your next vacation.

The Neighborhood:

Discover the charm of our mountain villa, perfectly positioned within a secure 5500 acre gated community. This neighborhood is a haven for those seeking tranquility, offering expansive views and a deep connection to the surrounding wilderness. The villa serves as a convenient home base for all your adventures, with the local recreation center and riverside pool reachable in just 15 minutes. With easy access to fishing spots and the peaceful ambiance of the Georgia mountains, this neighborhood provides a picturesque backdrop for an unforgettable family vacation.



Getting Around:

Navigating the area is straightforward, but please be aware that the roads within the mountain community are narrow and winding. We advise guests to drive with caution. While your villa offers a secluded retreat, all local attractions and gate entrances are easily accessible by car. As this is a remote location, public transit options are not available, so we recommend arriving by personal vehicle. We offer free parking on the premises for all guests. The property is located about ninety minutes by car from the nearest major airport in Atlanta.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth arrival, you will receive a gate code before your check in date to access the community. Upon arrival, please visit the Welcome Center or Property Access desk to collect your villa key card. It is important that you do not proceed directly to the villa without first obtaining your key card from these locations. Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Please observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Pets are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.



Interaction with Guests:

We want your arrival to be as smooth as possible. Please head to our Welcome Center for check in. If you arrive before 5 PM our friendly staff will be there to assist you. For arrivals after 5 PM please check in with our Property Access team. Please note that you must pick up your key card at the center before heading to your villa as direct access is not available. Our team is available throughout your stay to answer any questions or assist with your needs via the messaging platform and we typically respond within a few hours.
