the glasses in the room were filthy. there was a used bar of soap in the shower from previous guest. the front desk folks were very helpful to correct this, very responsive but this should not have happened and been caught by housekeeping supervisor.

Room was very spacious. Breakfast was good. Hotel clerk said there was no bathtubs but our room had one. Lots of noise from upstairs guests and the room doors slam closed

We booked two room from 12/26-12/28. Both room’s bathroom vent doesn’t work. According to the front desk, this hotel is just been renovated and newly opened, the chemical odor from the materials are very strong in each room. We experienced bad headaches due to that. We booked this hotel is because it’s a pet friendly hotel, unfortunately the next day we’re told we can’t keep our dogs in the room because they barked the previous night. I explained to the front desk the reason they barked at the first night is the guest next to us made a lot of noise and it was 12 am, they still laughing and talking loudly at the hallway thus causing our dogs to bark. Our dogs stopped barking after the noice is gone. Since this is a pet friendly hotel, we also hear other barking when we walking by other rooms, but they ask our dogs to be out of the room while we’re gone during the day. We’re from out of the town for vacation and we have no other place to put our dogs in an unfamiliar place. Due to the unexpected circumstances we have to put the dogs in our car and had to check out one day earlier. We checked out around 5pm, and asking the front desk to print a proof of early check out, he told me he can’t print anything for me cause the hotel manager has already gone for the day. When I asked the front desk for Marriot customer service number, he said he can’t provide that to me and I have to looked that up myself on the website and then refused to help me and starting help the next customer.

Excellent service, well-appointed room, & nice complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the walls/insulation are very thin-you could hear every toilet flush, steps overhead, doors closing & muffled conversation-not very restful. Also, the pillows were not good-one was flat like a hard pancake & the other was soft, but had no substance-as soon as go laid your head on it, it sank to the bottom like there was no filling, ut if you tried to use both, it was too much…

The room was very clean and we loved the set up with the coach. We had our dog so the first floor was perfect for taking her out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and service good.

The room was very clean. It was one of the quietest hotels I have stayed in. Bed was comfortable. It is on a great location close to a lot of restaurants. Water pressure was great and had plenty of hot water!
Nice sitting area with couch that turns into a bed or trundle bed

Cute area, open up cabinet and there is a microwave and refrigerator in there.
