Would recommend

Wonderful place to stay ,quiet , peaceful and just what was expected but the pictures, my kids loved the two swings upstairs and the game room ,,house was clean and inviting and the lake was beautiful thank you for sharing your home with us

Beautiful place

This house is stunning inside! There is plenty of room for a family to spread out and be comfortable. The wrap around deck is perfect for morning coffee and the wildlife (especially the birds) are amazing to watch. The hosts were easily accessible and checked in on us on Saturday morning. You are within 15 to 20 minutes of anything you could want to do in Elijay and Blue Ridge is also a very reasonable drive away. We had so much fun and the accommodations were super nice. We would love to come stay again.

Weekend getaway for a wedding!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin in Ellijay! The property is very clean and well appointed. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect for our activities. The owner was so accessible and friendly. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great place

We stayed one night only. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. It was a very quaint and quiet place to relax. We did see 2 deer that we were excited about. Would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time, as we were in town for a wedding. The home was a very spacious place.... this was a great stay very cute home!! The host is very accommodating... even at one point one of the neighbors came out and spoke to me! Very nice stay! Definitely would recommend!!

Overall a great property, that was clean and well kept. Would certainly recommend again. The pond, however, was very low and could use some maintenance. Overall, it was an amazing visit.

Beautiful cabin but more pond than lake

The property was beautiful and clean and spacious. The hosts were communicative and responsive to messages. My only disappointment was the “private lakefront” was much more like a small muddy pond. I’d swim in almost anything and I wouldn’t put a foot in it, definitely not kayaking or swimming. Other than that it was good

Amazing mountain getaway

I can’t say enough good things about this property! If I could attach the reel I made I would! It was amazing! The owner was great with communciton and the check in process was perfect and the place was immaculate! We wish our stay was longer but would definitely book this property again!

Relaxing getaway

Just what we needed- remote cabin in the mountains to unwind and get off the grid a couple days. Very clean nice place with no neighbors, close to Elijay and some beautiful hikes. Host is very communicative and easy to work with. Thanks for the awesome stay and we would return.

Location

Location was "The Tops" for sightseeing, hiking, wineries and orchards. A little difficult to find, but short distance back to highway. Would stay here again.

perfect size and location

The cabin was just the right size for my friends and I. The location was surrounded by trees which were beautiful this time of year. It also helped to make the cabin so quiet and private. We brought our small dog which is a Llasa Apso and he loved it. He loved running around the trees and leaves.

Great Cabin in the woods

The Cabin is deep in the woods & cannot see the neighbors, It is very quiet & the views are fantastic. The leaves on the trees where just starting to change. The inside was very Neat & clean, everything that you need is there. If you like Hot showers, this is the place for you. Game room is a nice added feature. It does get cool there this time of the year so bring warm clothes, There is a fireplace & space heaters if you need them. We had a Deer come visit us while we were having breakfast, Came right up to the rear window looking in, Till my dog spotted it & then it ran away. The 2 swing chairs in the loft are great for reading or just enjoying the wonderfull view. I loved the road to the cabin, Dirt & gravel. I enjoyed riding up it. If your looking for a secluded place to get away, this is it. I'm planning on booking it again next year.

Great fall break getaway

The house was perfect for me and my family (my father, myself and am two children 6.5 and 1) we ate breakfast and supper in the house everyday. The kids enjoyed the toys and tv of course. The house if conveniently located near several Apple orchards (we went to B J Reece), Burt’s Pumpkin farm, Amicalola Falls and Ellijay, where we ate lunch everyday. I will repeat what someone else said about the roads leading to the house. You will not likely make it in anything smaller than an SUV.

Just what I needed!!

My daughter and I had a girls night away here at Orchard Loop and it was just what we needed. We stayed in and prepared all our own meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. My daughter really enjoyed the hammocks in the loft and the arcade games. The Lockes were very prompt and helpful anytime i reached out. We will be back!!

Nice Getaway

Overall, it was a nice visit! Cabin was clean and orderly. Plenty of room. The Nest thermostat is simple to Use after a 30 second YouTube video.
