Inside is exactly as pictured in the listing. Place was clean. The location is remote. Very remote. A dog chased the car while driving into the lane past the trailer houses and junk yard houses on the way. Driveway is on a side of a mountain so best to drive it in daylight first. Barely enough room to turn the car around so as to drive out. The cabin was surprisingly dark and the master bathroom was very dark. Only bathroom on the bottom floor is in the master so not convenient for family members in other rooms. The game room was cute. Communication from owners was harsh before we got on the property. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but we needed a place for one night for a wedding in the area. The towels offered were mismatched and the beds were very springy not too comfortable.

A very beautiful home, convenient to Ellijay, Dahlonega, local wineries. My family of 4 stayed for a week. Needed some ice ( no ice maker and only 1 tray) and had to buy cookie sheet and roasting pan to cook Christmas dinner.But the beds are comfortable and everything is just as the pictures show.The owner/manager is very responsive and helpful.Highly recommended!

This is the perfect place for relaxing, or close enough to shopping. The roads leading in are filled with Apple Orchards, U-pick farms, and restaurants. The cabin is at the end of the road, with a pond right behind. Deers were constant vistors. This is definitely a great place to stay, and we plan to go again. Thank you Joe for your help with directions.

House was clean and as described. Nice remote area but 20minutes from anything you’d need. No luck with fishing but theres fish in the pond. Nice cabin getaway. Would stay again.

Nice place!

The place is super nice and you can get to it from the parking area without having to navigate stairs (which was a concern for one person in our party). I do sometimes wish that the listing platform would specify which properties involve driving off the paved road but I can’t blame the property owner for that. Just follow the directions they send and don’t go on the wrong part of the gravel roads around it. Other than that the place was great!

Wonderful place to stay ,quiet , peaceful and just what was expected but the pictures, my kids loved the two swings upstairs and the game room ,,house was clean and inviting and the lake was beautiful thank you for sharing your home with us

Beautiful place

This house is stunning inside! There is plenty of room for a family to spread out and be comfortable. The wrap around deck is perfect for morning coffee and the wildlife (especially the birds) are amazing to watch. The hosts were easily accessible and checked in on us on Saturday morning. You are within 15 to 20 minutes of anything you could want to do in Elijay and Blue Ridge is also a very reasonable drive away. We had so much fun and the accommodations were super nice. We would love to come stay again.

Weekend getaway for a wedding!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin in Ellijay! The property is very clean and well appointed. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect for our activities. The owner was so accessible and friendly. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time, as we were in town for a wedding. The home was a very spacious place.... this was a great stay very cute home!! The host is very accommodating... even at one point one of the neighbors came out and spoke to me! Very nice stay! Definitely would recommend!!

Beautiful cabin but more pond than lake

The property was beautiful and clean and spacious. The hosts were communicative and responsive to messages. My only disappointment was the “private lakefront” was much more like a small muddy pond. I’d swim in almost anything and I wouldn’t put a foot in it, definitely not kayaking or swimming. Other than that it was good

Amazing mountain getaway

I can’t say enough good things about this property! If I could attach the reel I made I would! It was amazing! The owner was great with communciton and the check in process was perfect and the place was immaculate! We wish our stay was longer but would definitely book this property again!

Relaxing getaway

Just what we needed- remote cabin in the mountains to unwind and get off the grid a couple days. Very clean nice place with no neighbors, close to Elijay and some beautiful hikes. Host is very communicative and easy to work with. Thanks for the awesome stay and we would return.
