Escape to the mountains and enjoy a relaxing stay at this charming three-bedroom home located in Ellijay. Nestled in the picturesque Coosawattee River Resort, this home offers stunning mountain views and access to a variety of resort amenities, including a heated indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a game room, and fitness facilities.

Step inside this cozy retreat and discover a spacious living area with a fireplace, perfect for fun and relaxing evenings with family and friends. The well-equipped, full kitchen features modern appliances making meal preparation a breeze. With central air-conditioning and WiFi, you'll have all the comforts of home during your mountain getaway.

Outside, gather around the firepit for s'mores under the stars or simply relax on the deck while taking in the views. The shared swimming pool offers a refreshing escape on warm summer days, while the tennis courts provide an opportunity for some friendly competition.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities to enjoy nearby, including hiking trails, river tubing, whitewater rafting, and vineyard tours. Explore the beauty of Carters Lake or visit the charming farm shops in the area. Downtown Ellijay, just five miles away, offers a variety of dining and shopping options for you to explore.

The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.

The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
