ACCESS IS EASY—halfway up the mountain with no steep roads, fully paved access, a flat driveway, and step-free entry. Only 10 minutes to Dt Ellijay and 20 minutes to Blue Ridge. This home belongs to the deer too, who gather daily at the stump just outside the living room window, eagerly expecting the provided deer corn!

Yet it’s perfectly cozy for a couple’s or solo getaway! Three spacious floors provide room to gather or enjoy privacy when needed. Each floor has its own seclusion, flexible living areas, comfortable layouts, and inviting mountain charm. True to its name, friendly deer often wander the property, adding a touch of magic to your stay.
