Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I went for five days to just have a mother-daughter trip in a reconnect. The cabin was wonderful, clean, accommodated her dogs, and I cannot say enough about the look and feel of the cabin and the grounds. It was the most positive experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and clean. Roomy for 6 guests. The road to cabin is a bit treacherous but worth it. The outdoor tv and grill area was a hit with the older kids, it was a bit cold for us older folks. All in all it was a great place and the water right out of the sink is delicious. I posted pics on facebook and people are wanting the rental info.

The hot tub was a hit with everyone. Especially liked that Wal-Mart delivered to the cabin. Truly a great vacation and will use sliding rock again.

We had a wonderful time with our 4 grands at Trout Haven! The creek in the backyard is amazing! The sound is so soothing and the kids (ages 18-6) loved playing in the water. The cabin had everything we needed. The outside porches were enjoyed! Would definitely recommend .

Great home with great outdoor spaces

Very easy from booking to checkout. Outside TV not connecting to WIFI but we just used the sound bar and listened to music and had a fire.

We spent so much time in the outdoor covered area, grilling, watching tv, making smores, and cuddling on the couch in front of the fire! The hot tub was a hit with my girls, and they loved running around in the outdoor space. Our batteries feel so recharged from our visit. We plan on coming back next year!

We were happy to see that even though the pics online were beautiful, it was even better in person. There was a lot of rain, so the river was really flowing. That is such a beautiful sound as the backdrop to eating meals with the back door open. The outdoor fireplace and TV, the hot tub, the endless walks, everything about this place was magical.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Trout Haven was perfect for our trip with 2 kids and 2 dogs. The creek provided endless entertainment for everyone. It was so nice to enjoy the creek and fire pit in the evenings, as well as the outdoor fireplace on the covered deck. The location is great, about 15 minutes or so from downtown Ellijay. The cabin is very well furnished, lots of extra blankets for couch snuggles, and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. They even provided dog sheets to protect the beds and furniture from dog hair and dirt. Definitely would stay again!

Our dogs enjoyed the shallow river and playing fetch in the flat back yard. The house is beautiful and the decor/furniture is high end.Just a few cons: The internet was bad - similar to a 56k dial up modem. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.
