Relax and enjoy one of the nicest townhome properties in Ellicottville village —super location on a quiet street with shops, restaurants and activities accessible within a short sidewalk stroll—shopping plaza across the street, 5 min walk to village, park/playground and walking trails all accessible from our street. Less than 1 mile to nearest ski lift.
1 car covered garage + driveway available. Home features an open floor plan with luxury kitchen and comfortable living room. Only townhome on street w/ a covered patio with lots of seating, too! Host works in the Sleep industry, so mattresses are all new technologies paired with luxury sheets and sleeping pillows. Sleeps 8 comfortably - bunk room is a twin/full. TVs in all bedrooms. All bedrooms are spacious! 2 bedrooms have porch to gorgeous outdoor views. Kid friendly bedroom, if needed - toys kept in closet. Gaming consoles in bunk-bed room.
Both upstairs bathrooms feature dual vanities and luxury towels.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware to host 8+, 6-burner stove/oven combo. Enjoy the Nespresso coffee bar—make your favorite iced/hot coffees on site! Outdoor area has a new grill, outdoor dining, outdoor sectional…many accommodations for your get-away! Lovely views, too!

Perfect Spot
Communication with the owner was prompt and thorough. The property was beautiful. All areas were meticulously clean and very comfortable. The location to the village and ski slopes was perfect. We would definitely stay again!
