La acogedora casa y el entorno son ideales para una escapada aislada o una base para explorar las atracciones y lugares de los valles circundantes. La casa está situada en una granja de trabajo 86 acres. Tiene 1/2 + milla del río Shenandoah fachada que es un 100 yardas a pie de la casa. Se puede oír el agua de la casa en un día tranquilo. We loved spending the weekend at the farmhouse for our family Massanutten ski trip! Our kids loved the nook above the kitchen, and we loved the decor and views! It was really cool to see the large peak of Massanutten right from the front porch. House was very well stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. We look forward to staying again soon!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was more than stocked with everything we could need. It was bitter cold outside the weekend we stayed, but the house was well heated. Owner communicated well and always had a quick response time with any question we had before our arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. It was as described and the host was very communicative. He was quick with his responses which made it very easy to prepare for our trip. The house is on a lovely farm that backs up to the river. It was very well stocked so it made packing easy. There were several things in the house that improve a verbo booking (salt, pepper, cooking oil, plenty of towels, and linens, soaps, cleaning supplies, etc.). The location is very close to Massanutten as well as a Shenandoah National Park entry. Our young boys (and dogs) loved running in the yard and walking down to the river. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it.

We've stayed here multiple times - always a great time. Pet friendly, close to many attractions, and plenty of space for our dog to run. The kids caught several fish along the river at the back of the property!

Perfect get a way.

Great place just to get away from everything but close enough to get out and do almost anything. It was the quietest place I have ever stayed.

Quiet Escape

It was good to get out of the city and have a place to star gaze and watch the wildlife that is also close to Massanutten Resort. Would definitely stay again.

perfect snow tubing getaway

My family loved the farmhouse! The land it sits on is amazing, with river frontage and views from the house and yard of Blue Ridge, and Massanutten. The house is well preserved making it a private superb gem of the valley.

We had the BEST time at the farmhouse. The location is beautiful, the house is clean and well stocked, and the host is so responsive and helpful. Our family absolutely loved our time here! Can’t recommend enough.
