Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled right at the entrance of Davis & Elkins College, this freshly remodeled home sits in the heart of Elkins, WV. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and adventures this home offers a relaxing experience to all who enter.
The space
Upon arriving guests will first note the elaborate wrap around porch and deck, which allows ample space to enjoy the outdoors. When stepping inside, you are greeted by a spacious living room, with plenty of room to enjoy a quiet book or a family movie night. The first floor of the home features a laundry room, equipped with a stackable washer and dryer, dining room, kitchen, and the first of two full bathrooms. Guests will feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities stocked and available for use to make your favorite meal. The kitchen features pots, pans, utensils, a Keurig, toaster, microwave, and an icemaker.
The second floor of the home includes three bedrooms, as well as a second full bathroom. The master features a queen size bed, and ample storage for luggage. The second bedroom features a full size bed, and the third bedroom features two twin size beds.
Located in the hub of Elkins, WV guests will be just a 5 minute drive away from several local restaurants offering a new place to dine and fall in love with some of West Virginia’s finest cuisines.

Great home with updated rooms.
Great location to train and Gandy Dancer. Shopping and restaurants are very close. House has new bathrooms and kitchen. Beautifully done! Original pine paneling in the main living area is beautiful.

Quick Trip
The house was in a great location but our second night there the neighbors fought all night!! Not the renters fault but still unpleasant. The room in this house and on the porch was great for visiting my college kid and her friends. My only complaint is there was not a comfortable mattress in the house. None of us slept comfortably. My other complaint and this is on me because I did not read the description well is that all bedrooms were upstairs and the stairs were steep. I was traveling with my parents and inlaws who all have some issues with steps and these were tricky. However, we managed to get everybody upstairs with no injuries just missed that info when I booked it so wanting to put it out there in case somebody sees this. The house was stocked with necessities better than any place I had ever rented. It was clean and a great space for visiting. The mattresses were the only down fall. I would highly recommend an upgrade on those.
