This hotel is under renovations. Totally understandable. However, several families that stayed there this weekend had an awful experience. Air conditioning wasn't working properly in 3 out of 4 rooms, 2 of the 4 rooms had the air conditioner leak, soaking the carpet and personal belongings. Someone or something had a explosive diarrhea on the floor in front of the elevator, which was brought to the front desk clerk, Cici's attention. Two hours later the smell still awful. Cici comped one family's room, and when another asked if they were getting comped CiCI threw up her hands, yelled and told the guests to leave and they weren't welcomed back because they complained about diarrhea on the floor. Overall awful experience, will not stay there again and dont recommend for baseball or softball families who are looking for a place to stay in Elk City.

Check in was good. But when we got to our room by the A/C floor was soaked. Not a little a LOT. Went and said something no other rooms available . Offered a discount on our room. Well that night A/C went out. Sweating no sleep. Woke to now the floor soaked all around our bed. Luggage wet daughter's softball socks soaked from floor. Opened door at 8am to having dog poop outside our door with just papertowels over it. Vacuuming and banging going on at 8am. Had the do not disturb sign on our door and housekeeping knocks at 8:20am about cleaning our room like seriously whats the point of the sign on our door. Went down to complain. Manager on call CC. Horrible. Worst attitude. Said cause we complained we arnt welcome back because of our complaints. So, we are suppose to just be okay with everything and not say a word? Said they will comp our room. We shall see.

On line booking made no reference to pool being out of service due to ceiling collapse. Front and rear parking lots contained at least (5) large shipping containers blocking parking spaces. I had a trailer and was referred to Walmart lot next door. I was still charged full price.
