We stayed here with a dog, cat, and toddler. Check in was a bit crazy - their system was messing up so they had to reset all the doors and keys - which caused a lot of confusion with check ins (they forgot we had pets - so we were put on the 4th floor which isn’t great with a large dog). However the staff was very apologetic and nice. Location is wonderful! A/C worked great! Only reason I took off a star was there were some updates needed (the bathroom’s tub had some tarnish, elevator had messed up paint) and the pool was closed.
The staff was extremely friendly. Kitchen staff brightened our day & front desk was superb.
Very easy to get to from the highway.
Bedroom was musty and dusty mold in bath tub. Breakfast was amazing highly recommend breakfast.
Clean, luxury feel, safe location close to food and a Walmart!
Title says it all, could not get a non-Smoking so left hotel. No refund or sorry. Just told since I did not book it direct there was nothing they could do.Went across the street to Comfort Suites, got better room for $20 more.
