The Cozy and Spacious 2nd Floor Loft overlooks the Historic Covered Bridge and Doe River views right out of the windows! A true Hallmark View of a Winter Wonderland also overlooking a unique seasonal ice skating rink.
The Elk Building displays the 1927 character that everyone should experience the preserved time period with updated amenities! Close to unique shops, local foods and entertainment throughout the year! The space is best suited for 2 Adults and 3 smaller children since it has a large King Size bed with 3 stackable bunk beds in a separate space.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

These hosts have thought of everything!! King size bed and sheets that feel like silk Kitchen has just about every gadget you could want. Location is amazing. She even had Easter towels! Original tin ceiling tiles in part and all original wood floors. Just beautiful!

Great space, location & hosts!

What a warm and welcoming place! We loved the 1927 charm with all its modern conveniences. The location is perfect. It overlooks the covered bridge and beautiful park-like area. I absolutely love historic downtown Elizabethton, and it’s literally right outside your door with this rental. Location was quiet and space was roomy. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again when we return to town.
