We are excited to have you stay with us at Port City Stays! Please read the following rules carefully.

Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekends (Friday to Saturday).

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

No Parties or Unregistered Events: Parties, events, and gatherings beyond the registered number of guests are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is specified in your booking confirmation. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. All Events must be permitted with the host before booking confirmation.

Pets: Pets are permitted at this property with a $200 per pet fee. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for purchase through your boarding pass. Check-in instructions, including your door code, will be released 30 minutes before your check-in time once verification is complete.

Parking: One carport space available with EV charging. All other parking 8-10 on the horseshoe driveway

Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit and all furnishings with care. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest on a per-cost basis. A security deposit or damage waiver may be required as part of your booking.

No Commercial Use: Commercial photography, filming, or production is not permitted without prior written approval.

Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Please secure your valuables.

The pictures are extremely deceiving. Although if it is a pretty big house, the whole set up of the house is odd. For starters two of the beds which would technically sleep 6 since they are bunk beds with the bottoms being fulls were literally in the pool house away from the main house. Just not safe honestly at all. Also the house as a whole was cluttered. It was a group of 13 and thankfully we brought air mattresses because we would not have been able to sleep all there. It also rained our whole visit and I emailed inquiring about whether because we wouldn’t be using the amenities like the pool if we could check in earlier and did not receive a response. The trash cans had maggots. Just disgusting. The house also had many doors with locks on the doors and it made us feel uncomfortable. Many different points of entries into the house which once again made us feel very uneasy for at night. Some bedrooms without actual locks which was a safety concern.We would not stay again.
